Specialty Millwork

Mixed media projects are a specialty at Scanga. Blending unique materials together to create your ideal space can become your reality.

Stainless steel, glass, stone, solid surface, custom acrylics, and curved paneling are routinely fabricated in our shop. Textile work, including banquette seating, custom upholstery, stretchwall systems, and fabric wall panels are expertly crafted by our team of upholsterers.

Veneering

The veneering process begins with a meticulous selection of only the very finest veneers available. Utilizing precision German machinery, including veneer saw, glue splicer, hot press, and a 60” wide state of the art finishing sander, each step in the veneering process is carefully carried out to ensure a beautiful finished panel or piece of furniture.

CNC Milling

State of the art 5-axis CNC machining ensures accurate and consistent fabrication. Diamond tipped tooling provides clean cuts and smooth finishes. 3D carvings and turnings are made possible with our CAD-CAM software.

Point-to-point boring machines provide accurate machining for casework assemblies.

CNC panel saws, sliding table saws, edgebanders, joiners, and shapers complete our list of fabrication machinery.

Cabinetry

In your pantry or in your boardroom, our veneer and laminate cabinets are more than just boxes. Built to exacting standards using the finest core materials, Scanga blends CNC machining, dowel construction, dovetail drawer boxes, and smooth closing undermount drawer slides to ensure long lasting, high performance cabinetry.

Finishing

A finished product is only as good as the finish that is on it. Utilizing two large capacity spray booths, Our skilled finishers use only the finest lacquers, urethanes, and polyurethane materials to ensure the finished product will withstand years of service.
